Photo & Video Release
Please complete and sign this release so we can photograph and film your project and use the resulting media. Fill in your details, draw your signature, and submit — a signed copy is sent to us, and we can email one to you as well.
I hereby grant Aerial Coast Media, and its employees, agents, and assigns (collectively, the "Company"), the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and record video of me, my likeness, my property, and/or my event in connection with the services I have engaged the Company to provide.
I authorize the Company to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute these photographs and recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed — including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, portfolios, and promotional content — without restriction as to time, territory, or purpose.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these photographs or recordings, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials. I release the Company from any claims arising out of the use of the media, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor identified above and am authorized to grant this release and sign on their behalf. I have the authority to grant this release with respect to any property identified, and I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
